Relative newbie Stephanie Juckem, a broker with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, has quickly hustled her way into building a solid reputation for bringing keen interior-design insight, marketing experience, personalized service and customized support to clients across Chicago’s downtown and most-wanted neighborhoods.

“My degree is in marketing, and with a background working for luxury interior design publication Modern Luxury Interiors, I have a real interest in how we present and market homes and how to help my clients see the potential for turning any home into an insanely beautiful one,” says Juckem. “I love being able to build a business while truly loving what I do — I feel very lucky.” Another aspect of Juckem’s background includes understanding a brand’s message and how to get that message in front of more consumers. She takes this same angle when marketing homes for sale, as it informs both the presentation of the home and listing, as well as the service experience and treatment of her individual clients.

“I try to ease the stress and anxiety they feel during the process through giving them all the information they need and providing them a vision for how a property can serve them long-term,” explains Juckem. “Setting my clients up for success now builds my business, yes, but also helps them build a lifestyle and environment they love.”

Ensuring a seamless process throughout for clients includes plenty of quick communication, availability, insight and planning — and has helped earn many referrals within her rapidly expanding network. “I don’t just work within my professional network, but I prioritize community outreach,” remarks Juckem of her volunteer work with women’s organizations like Chicago-based Simply From The Heart and RefuSHE. “I want to see people happy – my clients, with the homes they purchase and the decision to work with me, and my community, through service and support I can give back,” says Juckem. “It matters to me.”
