Despite all the accolades Nicole Flores has garnered, she remains as dedicated to her clients as the day she decided to leave her position as a vice president for a major bank. Her first experience buying property for herself was subpar, and from that moment she knew that she could do better and make sure her clients didn’t have the same bad experience she did when she got into real estate. Flores understands this big moment in a person’s life should be one filled with smiles and joy. “I truly believe real estate was my destiny and that all of my prior experiences prepared me for what I was meant to do with the rest of my life,” she declares. “I love what I do and feel blessed to be able to do it.”
Now a 15-year veteran of the industry, Flores finds her business driven by referrals and past clients. In 2019, she won Baird & Warner’s award for top producer for her office and was designated the Chicago Association of Realtors’ No. 1 neighborhood producer in the 8012 area, which includes Edgebrook, Wildwood, Sauganash and Forest Glen. “My greatest skill is that I really listen,” Flores says. “I care and make sure my clients understand everything and have clear expectations. My clients are my top priority. Even when I’m working with multiple clients at a time, each one of them feels like they are my only client.”
An active volunteer and philanthropist, Flores supports the Henry Schueler 41 & 9 Foundation and volunteers with the Danny Did Foundation. She also coordinated a coat drive at Edgebrook Elementary School to collect thousands of coats for the New Hope Community Food Pantry. Flores loves yoga and meditation, as well as spending time in nature, biking, walking in the forest and lounging at the beach with her family. She is also the proud mother of a daughter and three sons, all of whom are excelling academically or in the business world.
