Throughout her award-winning, 21-year career, Michelle Bobart has served more than 2,500 clients and agents with her commonsense approach to mortgage financing. She’s well-known for putting people at ease with her inspired focus on short- and long-term goals.
Whether working with a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned property investor, Bobart’s outside-the-box solutions result in a fast, smooth mortgage process. She loves the fact that no two transactions are alike. Her ability to craft unique strategies for each lending scenario is the reason she is known for providing a stellar mortgage experience.
Bobart is in an elite group among her peers. Mortgage Executive Magazine has consistently named her among its Top 1 Percent of Mortgage Originators in America from 2012 through 2018. She was also named one of Mortgage Professional America’s 75 Elite Women in 2017 and 2018, Scotsman Guide’s Top Originators from 2014 to 2018, and MReport’s 2018 Leading Women in Housing. It is this heart for service that led Bobart to serve as a founding member of the Guaranteed Rate Organization of Women. Her goal as enrichment director is to help effect positive change in the company and larger industry by engaging in mentorship opportunities and giving women additional tools to flourish personally and professionally.
Outside the workplace, Bobart strives to bring hope to women who have been abused. She invests her personal time in serving in a women’s prison ministry and on the board of Stepping Stones Network, an organization that educates against human trafficking and advocates for its victims. “Those who carry the most hope have the most influence,” she says. “Hope is a choice, and when chosen, it ignites encouragement. Encouragement empowers change and unlocks doors of opportunity as a result. This is the lens from which I view life.”
