Dee Hoffner, a broker associate with Baird & Warner, prioritizes educating her clients about the real estate industry and the buying and selling process. As a former second-grade teacher with a master’s in curriculum and instruction, Hoffner views every transaction as a learning opportunity for both her customers and herself. Focusing on properties within Kendall County and the surrounding suburbs, Hoffner works with sellers and buyers of all types — 75 percent of whom are repeat customers or personal referrals — and channels her 16 years of real estate know-how to provide a seamless experience.
Among the Top 10 percent within the Naperville office and company-wide, Hoffner ranks by volume as the No. 11 agent in her hometown of Oswego. On average, her listings sell at 98.3 percent of list price and spend 60 days on the market, thanks in part to Baird & Warner’s Easier Campaign, an extensive marketing strategy that includes both online and on-the-ground techniques for advertising properties.
In the past year, Hoffner eclipsed her previous sales records, doing 25 percent more business than planned, earning her membership into the Baird & Warner Chairman’s Club as well as stellar testimonials.
“I am very responsive and a strong advocate for my clients,” she says. “I walk my clients through every step of the transaction and believe that communication is key.”
Hoffner is a Baird & Warner Relocation Specialist, holds a Baird & Warner eBusiness designation and has participated in Military on the Move training. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors and the Realtor Association of the Western Suburbs. Donating a portion of every transaction to the Baird & Warner Good Will Network, Hoffner contributes to local nonprofits’ efforts to fight homelessness. Every winter for the past three years, she has volunteered with Gift Mart, an initiative sponsored by Wheatland Salem Church to help under-resourced families in school districts 204 and 308 at Christmas time.
In her off time, Hoffner enjoys spending time with her husband, 12-year-old daughter, and 11-year-old son. “We like to go hiking, ride bikes and work out together,” she says.
