“Our business in Bucktown and Wicker Park has grown significantly in the last three years,” said Nancy Nagy, CEO of KoenigRubloff Realty Group. “This is one of the busiest market areas for our company; many of the top ten agents are working from existing offices. So, it is important for us to have a highly visible presence, and this is a superior location in the heart of Bucktown.”
Formerly home to popular coffee hangout Buzz: Killer Expresso, the office is built around the iconic furniture and distressed wood.
“The open-concept floorplan with café seating and the raised bar create casual and collaborative space,” said Jeani Jernstedt, Executive Vice President of KoenigRubloff Realty Group who is serving as director of the expansion. “The Damen Avenue location and surrounding businesses inspired us to craft a more casual, local experience.”
The location is expected to open by the end of 2017.
