Mainstreet REALTORS® has announced the 2026 class of 20 Under 40, which recognizes emerging real estate professionals who are shaping the future of the industry across Chicagoland.
The honorees, who are all under the age of 40, have demonstrated industry leadership, community involvement, commitment to advocacy and business success.
As part of the application process, applicants shared personal stories about what it means to be a Realtor, how they have grown in their careers and the creative strategies they are using to help buyers and sellers navigate today’s evolving real estate landscape.
