Risa Weiss, managing broker at Kale Realty, has been promoted to vice president of agent development, as part of the brokerage‘s strategy to attract, develop and retain high-performing agents.

Weiss brings years of production excellence and leadership experience to her expanded role, in which she will spearhead agent development initiatives across the company. 

Her responsibilities will include: 

• Building a team of transaction coaches to support agents from contract to close. 
• Providing production coaching for agents ready to scale. 
• Leading the next level coalition, a new, invite-only community for Kale’s top-producing agents focused on collaboration, mindset and leadership.
