Jeanne Spurlock has joined the MG Group, led by Mario Greco, at COMPASS. 

For nearly three decades, Spurlock has been a leading owner and broker, managing over 40 sales brokers while selling more than $600 million in properties on her own. She eventually sold her real estate firm and continued to grow while partnering with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago and now the MG Group at COMPASS.

Spurlock is a long-time resident of Hyde Park, where she served as the executive board director of the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce, advocating for city resources, promoting small businesses and helping grow the neighborhood into the destination it is today.

Spurlock specializes in Near South/South Side neighborhoods, including Hyde Park, Kenwood, Bronzeville and the South Loop. When she’s not working, Spurlock enjoys swimming, walking along the lakefront, spending time with her family, attending concerts and volunteering for various charities, including Ronald McDonald House and Boys & Girls Club of Chicago.
