Ted Edginton and his lending team have joined Rate in Birmingham, Michigan. Edington will serve as producing branch manager. He has over 22 years of industry experience.

More than 20 of those years were spent at U.S. Bank, where Edginton was a senior loan officer, building a reputation for consistent production. Recognized for his high volume and unit production, he was a member of the firm’s President’s Circle and Legends of Possible since 2008. He’s also annually recognized by Hour Detroit Magazine as a Mortgage All-Star.

Now, with the move to Rate, Edginton hopes to expand its footprint in Michigan.

“My team and I made a strategic move to Rate because of the strength of its product offerings and focus on the client experience,” said Edginton. “With Rate’s platform, I can serve my clients faster, more efficiently, and with more options tailored to their needs with less stress. I’m excited to bring this level of service to even more people in my community.”

Outside of work, Edginton is active locally through the Greater Metropolitan Association of REATLORS® (GMAR) in Southeast Michigan and the Michigan REALTORS® Association. He also was the first non-Realtor inducted into the REALTOR® Hall of Fame in Washington, D.C.
