Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty (JSIR) has added a new team, the JG Group led by Justin Greenberg, and a new individual agent, Megan McCleary. They all come from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS Chicago).
The JG Group is a top-producing team serving the North Side of Chicagoland, including the North Shore, up to the Wisconsin state line. In addition to Greenberg, it includes Ricky Sakoda, Elizabeth Pavalon and Beth Danner.
“After nearly 18 wonderful years with BHHS Chicago, leaving wasn’t an easy decision. My time there shaped who I am as an agent and gave me invaluable experiences,” Greenberg said in a press release. “However, the opportunity to join Jameson Sotheby’s and play a role in revitalizing their presence on the North Shore while having a strong city presence … is something I couldn’t pass up.”
“With years of experience in the Chicago northern suburbs and the luxury real estate market, the JG Group brings in-depth knowledge of the local market and a strong network of connections,” Deena Schencker, JSIR’s Evanston designated managing broker said.
McCleary, meanwhile, focuses on Hinsdale. In 2023, she ranked as the No. 1 agent there in Real Trends and the No. 37 agent statewide. She also ranked among Chicago Magazine’s Top 100 agents from 2019 through 2023. She was with BHHS Chicago for 13 years.

A long-time Hinsdale resident, McCleary is actively involved in the community, maintaining a large network of relationships and extensive reach through multi-media advertising. Schencker emphasized this connection when expressing her excitement over McCleary’s move.
