After 15 years in Chicagoland real estate, James Ziltz has affiliated with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty (Jameson SIR) as a broker and vice president of sales.
Most recently, Ziltz was with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. There, he was a top producer, earning a spot in the firm’s Chairman’s Circle, which recognizes the top 2% of brokers globally.
Additionally, he’s been recognized by Crain’s as a Notable Residential Real Estate Broker and by Chicago Magazine as a Top 100 Broker and, for multiple years, as a Five Star Professional. In 2012, he won the Chicago Agents’ Choice Award for Industry MVP, Suburbs.

Outside of real estate, Ziltz is involved with numerous charities, including Face the Future, Heartland Alliance, Howard Brown’s Broadway Youth Center, the Michiana Humane Society and Sunshine Kids.
