Elizabeth Lothamer of The Lothamer Group and Christina Breuer McNamee of The Christina McNamee Residential Team have joined forces and made a move to COMPASS. 

Both teams were previously with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. 

The Lothamer Group has been a consistent top 100 team with @properties and had a sales volume exceeding $28 million in 2022. The Christina MacNamee Residential Team was top 200 at its previous company and had a sales volume of $21 million last year. 

The new team will operate under The Lothamer Group name and work out of the COMPASS Bucktown office. 

Jennifer Piehl and Kiley Hackbarth are also joining the newly formed team, which, in addition to Lothamer and McNamee, will also include Christina Powers, Kellie Kintigh, Nancy McNaughton and Sarah Dermody.
