Award-winning real estate broker Anne Hardy has returned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago (BHHS Chicago). Most recently with Coldwell Banker, Hardy was affiliated with BHHS Chicago from 2018 to 2022.
Now, back at the firm, she will work from the company’s Lake Forest office.
At Coldwell Banker, Hardy closed $17 million in residential real estate during 2022 and was a part of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle that year. She was also named among the Top 1% of Realtors, based on volume, by the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
While at BHHS Chicago, she also received numerous recognitions. Among them: BHHS Chairman’s Circle Platinum in 2021, BHHS Chairman’s Circle Gold in 2020 and the President’s Circle for in and 2019.
