Branden Lopez has been promoted to general counsel at @properties Christie’s International Real Estate; she joined the firm in November 2022 as director of legal.
In her new role. Lopez will handle legal issues relating to the oversight of U.S. and international affiliate agreements, compliance with local licensing laws and compliance with General Data Protection Regulation laws regarding marketing in Europe. She will also manage outside counsel and oversee the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
Beyond her experience at @properties, Lopez has more than 17 years of experience as a corporate attorney, including 15 in the real estate industry, and is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the D.C. Bar Association, the Commercial Real Estate Women Network and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
