@properties Christie’s International Real Estate promotes Sandra Frampton and Candace Taylor

by Emily Mack

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate recently promoted both Sandra Frampton and Candace Taylor to the role of designated managing broker. Frampton will oversee the firm’s Glenview North, Glenview South and Algonquin offices while Taylor will oversee the offices in Indiana.

Frampton has been in the real estate industry for 20 years, and she’s been with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate for the past eight years. She helped open the company’s Algonquin office in 2021 and, most recently, served as assistant managing broker. She’s also earned the company’s “Road to Rolex” honor for achieving over $10 million in annual sales volume and, in 2022, was named to the Notable Residential Real Estate Brokers list from Crain’s Chicago Business.

Taylor has more than 20 years of real estate experience, and she joined @properties Christie’s International Real Estate two years ago. She is licensed in both Illinois and Indiana and, while based at the firm’s office in Highland, Indiana, has been a consistent top producer. She, too, earned the company’s “Road to Rolex” Award in 2022.

“Candace and Sandra are some of the most hardworking and well-connected real estate professionals in the region, with extensive knowledge of the industry and their local markets, @properties co-founder and co-CEO Mike Golden said in a press release.” Additionally, they both have a natural talent for mentoring and training, all of which makes them a perfect fit to lead these offices.”
