After leading the marketing department of Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. for the past eight years, Coleen Bogle was recently promoted to the role of chief marketing and growth officer. In the new position, she will oversee growth and recruitment for the company.

Bogle first joined Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. in 2015 and was promoted to chief marketing officer last year. In that role, she directed a nationwide marketing strategy in addition to managing the marketing department and regularly contributing to compliance, event planning, vendor management, employee engagement and recruiting efforts.

“I’m thrilled and honored to move into this expanded position,” Bogle said in a press release. “Recruiting talented people and sharing why Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. is such a great place to work has always been one of my favorite parts of the job.
