Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago has expanded its North Region leadership team with the appointment of Keri Cook Falls as sales manager and promotion of Lisa Dean to assistant sales manager. 

Cook Falls was previously the managing broker for @Properties in Lake Forest, and Dean was a long-time office administrator. 

Both will serve all offices throughout the company’s North Region. 

“I look forward to working with Diane, Jill, Anne, Lisa and the North Region agents — some of whom I’ve known for years — as well as brokers I haven’t met yet,” Cook Falls said. “I love to collaborate and share new ideas and have a sincere desire to help agents elevate their business. I believe in pursuing excellence while maintaining integrity and can’t wait to get started.”
