MG Group has expanded its operations from the Lincoln Park office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to Park Ridge. Nikki Allen will join the team and lead the expansion as senior sales consultant, MG Group announced this week.

“Park Ridge is a special community, and Nikki is a wonderful addition to our team,” MG Group founder Mario Greco said in a news release. “Her entire family is immersed in the community, so when this opportunity arose, we didn’t hesitate. Nikki will help buyers and sellers realize their real estate goals. 

“Meanwhile, Nikki’s husband, Jake, is one of the co-owners of Davies Home Services, a home renovation company that’s been in business for nearly 40 years in Park Ridge. This kind of real estate synergy is rare and wonderful, and we’re looking forward to watching Nikki as she leads this expansion.”

Allen’s background includes working as a photographer and in the hospitality and service industry, a mix of visual and customer service experience that translates well to real estate sales.

“Joining the MG Group is a perfect fit for me,” Allen said. “I love working with city buyers who are interested in Park Ridge. I’m a big Park Ridge aficionado. It’s where my husband and I live and are raising our two young boys. Plus, I know the ins-and-outs like only someone who lives there can. Park Ridge has a wonderful sense of community and connection.
