Chicagoland agents Missy Jerfita and Meredith Pierson have joined forces to form the combined, full-service Jerfita Pierson Team with Compass. The team, consisting of five licensed agents and two support staff members, will cater to a range of clients, including luxury shoppers and first-time homebuyers in the city and suburbs. It will be based out of Compass’ Glenview and Lincoln Park offices.
Both Jerfita and Pierson are second-generation real estate agents who, collectively, have surpassed $300 million in sales volume in the last five years.
Pierson comes to Compass from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. Since entering real estate in 2017, she’s been named a Top Real Estate Agent by Chicago Magazine in 2019, 2021 and 2022. She was also recognized as a Top Producer by Chicago Realtors in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2021 and, in 2019, was nominated for Rookie of the Year by the Chicago Association of REALTORS®.

Jerfita was a founding member of Compass Glenview. She began her real estate career in 2003 and, since then, has been a consistent top producer in the North Shore. She’s also won many awards. Among them: recognition as a top-producing team by NSBAR in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, recognition on Real Trends’ America’s Best Real Estate Teams in 2020, 2021 and 2022. She also made Crain’s Notable Residential Real Estate Brokers List in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
