Peter Moulton named VP of agent development at Fulton Grace

by Emily Mack

Industry veteran Peter Moulton has joined Fulton Grace as the vice president of agent development. In the role, he will focus on helping agents develop their businesses through a variety of methods: individual coaching, group seminars, periodic planning sessions and more.

“In light of the modest market shift we’re feeling, we felt it was extremely important to bring in resources that would help our agents,” said T.J. Rubin, owner and founder of Fulton Grace, explaining that Moulton will help agents shape their approach to marketing and strategy.

“He has been in the industry for decades and has an excellent track record … we’ve been friends for quite some time, and I’m now excited to work with him,” Moulton added.

Moulton has been in the real estate business for 25 years, working with a particular focus on agent training. Since starting his career at Coldwell Banker, Moulton has went on to overseen training and education programs for @properties, Dream Town Realty — where he served as president — and d’aprile properties.

Of his new position at Fulton Grace, Moulton said, “I’m excited to continue the great energy that I’ve already felt within this company.”
