Risa Weiss-Kallis is joining Coldwell Banker Realty’s city leadership team. As the new branch vice president of agent development, she will oversee the company’s Edgebrook and McMullen offices.

Prior to this position, Weiss-Kallis served in a managerial role with @properties, supporting brokers to grow their businesses through coaching and mentoring. She also has 20 years of experience as a top-producing broker herself.
