The Fine Living Group at eXp, a remote team, is expanding their network into Chicago with the hiring of local Realtor Mark Kukla. In his new role, Kukla will assist sellers and buyers in Naperville as well as other surrounding Chicago suburbs.

An Illinois native, Kukla was raised in De Plaines and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from DePaul University. He has nearly seven years of real estate experience.

Speaking in a press release, Kukla said he was convinced to join The Fine Living Group in 2020 after crossing paths with team leader Jon Lahey. “I saw a lot of myself in him and had to meet him,” Kukla said. “We stayed connected and one day he told me about everything that eXp offered and how they were a game-changer in the real estate business.” Just a month later, Kukla joined The Fine Living Group.

Lahey founded The Fine Living Group at eXp in 2020, following the widespread shift to remote working. Since then, The Fine Living Group has grown to include more than 55 agents working coast to coast in seven states: California, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C, Georgia, New York and, now, Illinois. “Motivation and honesty are the foundation for my business, and I use it every day to empower my team so they can be successful in business and life,” Lahey said in the press release. “It is these attributes that have helped me build a successful team, so my agents can create lasting experiences for our clients.”
