James Hampton has signed with the St. Louis-based business The Home Loan Expert (THLE). Having closed more than $100 million in loan volume during 2021, Hampton is not only one of Chicago’s top-producing loan officers, he is among the top 1% in the nation. He was also featured in Chicago Agent’s Who’s Who last year.

Hampton comes to THLE with more than 21 years of industry experience and specializes in multiple types of lending. He works with self-employed clients, first-time homebuyers and low-to-moderate income lending programs, as well as with conforming and jumbo loans.
