Compass Chicagoland has announced the signing of the HomeCo Chicago team: a top-producing team which includes co-founders Tony Mattar and Haley Levine Wills along with agent Idallys Corral. They will be based out of the Compass Roscoe Village office.
Forming HomeCo as an independent brokerage three years ago, Mattar and Levine Wills quickly made a name for themselves. The millennial-led team ended 2021 with $34.4 million in closed and pending home sales. The HomeCo team has also been recognized with numerous awards, including CAR Top Producer in 2019 and 2020 and the RealTrends US LGBTQ+ Top Producer in 2021.
“It is abundantly clear that Tony and Haley are top-tier agents that understand the value of marrying support with technology to deliver a seamless homebuying and selling experience to their clients,” said Regional Compass President Rachel Rohn in a press release.
Of the transition to Compass, Mattar said, “We are so proud of everything we’ve accomplished and learned as an independent brokerage, and we know this change is how we will reach the next level in our business and join the highest echelon of real estate professionals in Chicago.” He also expressed excitement over the additional support and resources that Compass can provide.
“The HomeCo Team is excited to combine our knowledge of Chicagoland and our passion for real estate with the technological expertise of Compass,” Levine Wills added. “Compass has been at the forefront of real estate innovation for years … They have shown they cannot only adapt, but lead the quickly evolving real estate industry on a national level.”
