The Chicago-based brokerage @properties acquired the real estate advisory service Suburban Jungle Group last June. And now the firm has hired Tim Ossmo to lead Suburban Jungle as its new chief executive officer. In this role, Ossmo will focus on strategic growth.
The company is looking to expand into new markets and raise its profile. Currently serving New York, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Southern California, Washington, D.C. and South Florida, Suburban Jungle offers pre-search consultation to match homebuyers with their ideal neighborhood.
“I’m thrilled to join Suburban Jungle, which has the potential to be one of the top resources for homebuyers moving to a new neighborhood, as well as the best generator of high-quality leads for real estate agents,” Ossmo said in a press release.
Prior to joining Suburban Jungle, Ossmo served as vice president of media operations at iProspect, a digital marketing agency. During his 16 years there, Ossmo led a large team and worked with major blue-chip brands like Discover and Cox Communications. He also headed iProspect’s Chicago office which manages more than $1.2 billion worth of media.
