Danielle Moy moves over from Coldwell Banker to @properties
There have been a number of personnel changes announced by @properties over the last few weeks, and this week is no exception. The Chicago-based brokerage announced this week that they’ll be bringing Orland Park broker Danielle Moy over from Coldwell Banker. Moy and her team, which includes two additional agents, generated over $45 million from more than 200 residential transactions in 2018. They will start out at @properties’ Western Springs office but will eventually work out of a new office that’ll be opening in the southwest suburbs.
Baird & Warner announces new managing broker in Frankfort
Baird & Warner’s Frankfort office has a new managing broker: Andrew J. Croegaert has moved over from the KC Chicago Group at Compass to lead the southwest side outpost. Prior to Compass, Croegaert held a variety of recruiting, coaching and management positions with both Coldwell Banker and Chicago Apartment Finders.
“I’m very excited to join Baird & Warner and leverage my extensive sales experience to lead new business development and the growth of Baird & Warner across all of its real estate services lines,” Croegaert said in a press release announcing the move. “One of the main reasons I decided to join Baird & Warner is the firm’s focus on making the lives of its agents easier through the adoption of best-in-class technology, which also makes buying and selling an overall better experience for our clients.”

BHHS moves into Downers Grove
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Group announced this week that they’re expanding their footprint in Chicagoland’s western suburbs, opening a new office in downtown Downers Grove. The company already has a presence in Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale, Naperville, Oak Park and Wheaton.
Terri Doney, the managing broker for the firm’s Hinsdale office, will also manage the new office, which is located one block south of the Metra Station. “We’ve seen our business in Downers Grove grow by more than 11 percent already this year,” said Doney. “The office location is ideal. … Main Street is such a vibrant area with terrific restaurants and boutiques.”
Why would Danielle Moy leave Coldwell and go to falling @Properties? I’m sure her business will go downhill and is that why she’s acquiring property like crazy?
