Check out the agents, offices and listings making big Q1 moves

One of our most popular issues every year is our annual Real Data edition, where we reveal the people and offices with the most activity over the past year. But we also think there’s a great deal of value to be found in looking at this information in something closer to real time.

Our quarterly data release is a little different, in that we don’t include off-MLS sales like we do with our annual Real Data issue. But it’s still a helpful way to get an idea of who the movers and shakers are in Chicagoland and the six counties that make up our coverage area. The data on the biggest closings in a given area could provide some insight into how the high-end of the market is doing. And if you study the quarterly numbers closely enough over the next year, you might even be able to predict who’s going to be in our 2020 issue of Real Data by the time we get to the third quarter.

Check out the top twenty agents, offices and closings in Chicagoland and the six-county areas for the first quarter of 2019.
