In 2017 — its first full year of existence — Baird & Warner’s South Loop office achieved $62 million in sales, thanks in no small part to managing broker Jim Psyhogios. The office has grown to more than 75 agents and was named the most improved office by Real Trends. His team covers the South Loop, Bronzeville, West Loop, University Village, Hyde Park, Bridgeport, Chinatown, Beverly, Chatham, Pullman, Morgan Park and the South suburbs.
Psyhogios is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors and the National Hellenic Society of Realtors. He volunteers at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, and supports the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and Autism Speaks.
Before enjoying a successful 28-year career in real estate, Psyhogios had a vibrant career in the restaurant industry, owning and operating six restaurants in the city.
