Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group names Jim Ziltz managing broker of Wheaton office

Nancy Nagy, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group, has appointed Jim Ziltz to the position of Vice President, Office Manager of the firm’s Wheaton office, according to a press release.

A native of Wheaton, Ziltz was a Realtor at the brokerage’s Wheaton and Michigan Avenue offices for eight years. He has consistently ranked among the top producers in Chicagoland, earning a place in Berkshire Hathaway’s prestigious President’s Circle and being named Industry MVP, Suburbs in Chicago Agent’s 2012 Agents’ Choice Awards.

“We are thrilled that in Jim, we have found a leader that is incredibly familiar with the Wheaton market and the strengths within this office,” said Nagy. “We know his enthusiasm for the real estate business coupled with his experience and market knowledge will lead to continued success and growth for our company within the West Suburban marketplace.”
