Rookie of the Year, Suburbs: EsTera Wilson, CONLON/Christie’s International Real Estate

by Chicago Agent

EsTera Wilson
CONLON/Christie’s International Real Estate
Realtor

Known for her keen insight and approach when it comes to understanding the needs of her clients, EsTera Wilson has quickly gained recognition from the Chicago real estate community. Wilson believes that buying what you love is an investment in happiness, and that in order to find this happiness, the agent must learn to live within their client’s situation. She considers herself to be a real estate matchmaker.

Wilson moved to the United States from Lithuania in 2000 with her two children. She earned a degree in languages and management and is fluent in English, Lithuanian and Russian.

Wilson had previously been an accomplished international ballroom dancer for over 15 years. Families often invited her as a guest into their homes, and she was able to witness a vast array of households, which allowed her to hone her intuition of what makes a home.

Wilson has lived in several countries and gained lasting relationships along the way. All of her experiences have helped her develop a true awareness of what her clients are looking for, as well as the foresight to see their vision and to make it happen for them.

“It’s truly an honor to be recognized as rookie of the year, especially among these devoted brokers. Thank you to Chicago Agent, CONLON/Christie’s International Real Estate, and my family and friends for the constant support. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!”

Finalists:

Carlos Alers, RE/MAX Barrington;
Mark Voight, Jameson Sotheby’s International Real Estate
