Chicago-based Belgravia Group, Ltd. has announced the start of sales at its newest luxury condominium development, Renelle on the River, an 18-story building at 403 N. Wabash that is slated to break ground in spring 2017, with delivery scheduled for late summer 2018.

Buyers can choose between three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,249 to 3,434 square feet and priced from $1,584,900 to $3,203,900. The units have three floor plans, with large kitchen/family room combination with separate formal living spaces. All residences will have 10-foot ceilings, wood flooring, gallery walls and private balconies, while kitchens have Snaidero cabinetry, natural stone or quartz countertops,; and Subzero and Wolf appliances.
