Some important changes from May include:
- Sales in first-place Near North rose 16.78 percent, closing out the month at 348 total sales.
- Other notable sales increases were in Lincoln Park (up 33.65 percent), the West Loop (33 percent), and Edgewater (40.91 percent).
- In the single-family market, a 33.33-percent sales increase vaulted Norwood Park to the No. 1 spot, while sales in Irving Park and Jefferson Park were also strong, rising 32.14 and 36.36 percent, respectively.
