Urban Real Estate has redefined its brand, introducing a new website, logo, resources and amenities for its brokers and clients; they have also brought on a familiar face to Chicago real estate.
The new UrbanRealEstate.com provides a platform that is revamped for the desktop user and optimized for any mobile device. Matt Farrell, the firm’s managing partner, spoke to the site’s use of data.
“Today’s consumer searching for real estate data is seeking as much information as possible to help determine their needs,” Farrell said. “The new UrbanRealEstate.com is designed to help consumers navigate their way through properties. The knowledge our brokers bring to the table, paired with their Urban resources, help identify viable options to them, faster.”
Urban Real Estate has also introduced additional higher-end luxury amenities to assist brokers and their clients, including a fleet of Mercedes-Benz vehicles for appointments and showings.
“We have always believed that the broker should be focused on working with their client and reviewing the strategy for properties they will be seeing,” said Michael Emery, the firm’s senior partner. “Removing the nuisance of parking worries and traffic with a personal livery service assigned to brokers helps make the lives of both our brokers and their clients that much easier.”
Urban Real Estate has retained the services of Barbara Matthopoulos Vassiliadis, the former VP of communications and media relations at the Chicago Association of Realtors.
“We are thrilled to have Barbara working with our team,” Michael Emery says. “Her guidance in helping us execute our core values.”
