What do you consider a “fashion don’t”? Dressing to impress others. I always say you should “do you.” Dress to impress yourself and complement your personality and who you are.
What is your favorite piece of clothing? All of my custom suits are from Oliver & Rowan Bespoke. Joe Mapes is a master tailor who is the architect behind all my suits. He’s knows how to accentuate my style and fit perfectly. Every time I put on his suits, I feel ready to take on the world.
What do you consider a must-have accessory? My grandpa always would remind me that time was our greatest asset that no one could take away. So watches have always been important to me and have served as a daily reminder of the value of time. So a great timepiece for your wrist is a must-have for me.
What is a fashion crime you have committed? Three words. Ribbed. Mock. Turtlenecks.
Where are your favorite places to shop? My favorite store in the world is Colette in Paris. In Chicago, it’s the MCA store, the Men’s Store at Saks Fifth Avenue, RSVP Gallery, Leaders, Saint Alfred, and Oliver & Rowan Bespoke.

What is in your bag/brief case? I travel light. I carry a LV document portfolio poche that has my iPad, a Moleskine notebook and a Mont Blanc pen.
