On Jan. 29 the Association of South Asian Real Estate Professionals (ASARP) hosted its inaugural gala at Cascade Banquet Hall.

ASARP is an organized non-profit, which stresses the commitment to provide leadership to South Asian communities as well as achieving property ownership in the United States and internationally.

Pradeep B. Shukla was assigned as president, and Kanti N. Patel as vice president, following 11 directors in total.

The primary goals of the ASARP board members are:

• Educating real estate professionals in their designated communities.
• Providing outreach to the community and enhancing their real estate experiences.
• Connecting with local, state, and national associations.
• Providing service tools to U.S. investors for investing in South Asian markets.

Shukla is also hopeful for what the future brings to the association.
