Related Realty has announced the opening of its new Bucktown location. The office will be located at 1755 North Damen Avenue, adjacent to the 606 trail.

Bucktown is Related Realty’s second location in the Chicago area,  and will accommodate 75 full-time brokers the firm plans to hire over the next year. The official headquarters is at 350 West Hubbard Street in River North.

“Bucktown was a natural choice for our second location and, in many ways, felt like a homecoming to our agents who already live on the Northwest Side and have closed numerous transactions in the area,” said David Wolf, president of Related Realty. “With a physical presence on Damen Avenue, we’ll be much closer to our existing clients while simultaneously breaking into new neighborhoods where we can introduce buyers and sellers to the highly personalized service that has made Related Realty one of the fastest-growing residential brokerages in Chicago.”

Related Realty has more than tripled its number of staff, attracting some of the city’s most established brokers. The firm has shot to ninth in market share and is projected to have sales near $500 million by the end of 2015.

“Our firm has elevated the residential brokerage experience by giving clients access to Related’s global real estate platform while maintaining our hands-on, boutique approach,” said Wolf. “With one of the highest staff-to-agent ratios in the city, we give our brokers the resources they need to maximize value on behalf of clients across a variety of property types and price points.”

Wolf ran his own brokerage group out of the Bucktown neighborhood prior to founding Related Realty in 2012. He has completed hundreds of transactions in the Bucktown area over the course of 13 years.

“For years, Bucktown has been one of the city’s hottest residential neighborhoods, and now with the opening of the 606 and all of the other activity nearby, it’s become the place to be for expanding businesses,” said Wolf. “Our Bucktown office’s proximity to the Blue Line and 606 access point at Churchill Field – steps from our building – will be a convenience not only to our brokers, who have the ability to work out of either Related Realty location, but also the clients they serve.”
