Marty Alston

Chicago-based developer Fifield Cos. has announced that Marty Alston has joined the firm as a managing director, where he will be responsible for developing and expanding investor relationships.

Alston will also oversee Fifield’s fundraising efforts for new construction development and value-add acquisitions.

Alston was a partner, head of portfolio and asset management at Capri Capital, where he oversaw business developments, investor relations and private equity, experiencing a transaction volume of $5 billion during his tenure there.
