Debbie Wood was recently named the new manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Lakeview office. As manager, Wood will oversee 100 real estate agents and assist with managing daily activities at the office.

With 13 years of experience as an industry professional, Wood follows a simple philosophy – clients always come first – that has won her a 100 percent referral rate as well as top honors. Wood possesses a unique understanding of the business and has a strong background in implementation of successful marketing strategies, as well as training new and seasoned agents. Additionally, as a Previews Certified agent, Wood has a thorough understanding of the buying and selling process of upper-tier listings.
