4. We love to give gifts, especially when someone is celebrating a big day. Anniversaries and birthdays are wonderful reasons to get in touch with someone, and who doesn’t like to celebrated on their big occasions?
3. It is important to understand your unique style of communication and to play to your strengths. In both my personal and professional life, I like to write quick notes via email or text. Other successful agents I know prefer to get on the phone. Choose a method that works for you and stick with it.
2. In my office, we use Contactually, a user-friendly client management program, to help us stay in touch with clients and prospects. In addition to making it easy to keep our client lists organized, Contactually sends us regular reminders to reach out to specific individuals.
1. If learning a new app like Contactually seems daunting, then hire someone else to keep you organized. It is well worth the investment.
