Guaranteed Rate, one of the 10 largest retail mortgage companies in the nation, announced that its national spokesperson, television personality and home improvement expert Ty Pennington, will appear at the company’s booth at the annual National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders Show in Las Vegas. The show is being held February 4-6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Pennington will appear at the Guaranteed Rate booth (C-1662) from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Pacific time on Wednesday, February 5, to meet with show attendees, pose for photos and sign autographs. The first people in line will receive a signed copy of his latest book, Good Design Can Change Your Life: Beautiful Rooms, Inspiring Stories. Attendees who tweet their photos with Pennington with the #TyBuilders hashtag will be entered into a drawing for an iPad.
Guaranteed Rate will demonstrate how the company makes builders’ lives easier, including a presentation of its online loan application. This award-winning application allows new construction buyers to apply in the builder’s office or in the comfort of their own home, and lets them monitor their loan status throughout the entire process.
The booth will also showcase Guaranteed Rate’s Mortgage Center widgets, which can be added to a builder’s website to give potential buyers the ability to compare rates, get qualified for a loan and answer questions about the mortgage process without having to go to another site. Additionally, Guaranteed Rate offers homebuilders other services, including email updates to buyers and co-branded marketing materials. During the show, attendees will receive a gift for completing three brief demonstrations of Guaranteed Rate’s solutions.
