Chicagoland’s housing market continued to grow in confidence in January.
Asking prices in the Chicagoland housing market increased 15.8 percent year-over-year in January, according to the latest Price Monitor from real estate website Trulia.
That was the fourth strongest increase among the nation’s largest metro areas, and to top it off, asking prices were up 2.0 percent quarterly and asking rents up 4.8 percent year-over-year.
