ShoDeen Residential has begun sales for its Dodson Square Townhomes located in the heart of downtown Geneva.

Geneva-based development firm ShoDeen Residential has begun sales for its newest town home community, Dodson Square, located in the city’s downtown region.

Buyers have four customizable models to choose from, all featuring three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a finished lower level. The community’s Aurorian and Bostonian models are already being sold–both starting at $395,000–while its Duchess and Colonel models have yet to be priced. Initial move-in dates are expected in early 2013, according to Nathan Amidon, sales professional at ShoDeen Residential.

The community’s downtown location on 549 Second Street makes amenities like the neighborhood’s river walk, Metra train station, markets and Third Street shopping district all within walking distance for future owners. Amidon cites the community’s location as an incentive for buyers.

“These town homes appeal to a wide array of buyers with active lifestyles […] at the center of everything in Geneva,” said Amidon.
