Chezi Rafaeli, a luxury real estate agent from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Gold Coast office, has listed a $32 million penthouse residence in the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago.

This listing goes on the record as one of the city’s most expensive condo listings in history.

Some of the properties details include:

• Located on the 89th floor on the top floor of Trump Tower (which is the tallest residential building in the western hemisphere), the unit is 1,170 feet above ground.
• At 14,260 square-foot, penthouse comprises the entire floor (the only one of its kind in the building), with five bedrooms, seven baths and floor-to-ceiling windows 16 feet tall that provide panoramic views of the Chicago.
