Baird & Warner Real Estate announced today that it has acquired west suburban real estate broker Prime Property Partners, expanding its field of service to several western neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area.
Stephen W. Baird, the president and chief executive officer of Baird & Warner, said the acquisition was exactly what his firm was looking for.
“Prime Property Partners is an outstanding example of what we look for in an affiliate: a cutting-edge firm with local market expertise that is passionately focused on delivering outstanding customer service,” Baird said. “We see this union as a win-win for both of our sales teams, and especially for our valued clients.”
The Prime Property Partners’ location at 114 Calendar Avenue in La Grange will become Baird & Warner’s 23rd branch sales office in northeastern Illinois. In addition, the acquisition will extend Baird & Warner’s field of service to La Grange, La Grange Park, Western Springs, La Grange Highlands, Brookfield, Riverside, Westchester, Burr Ridge, Countryside and Willow Springs.
Dean Rouso, the founder and principal of Prime Property Partners, said the considerable resources of Baird & Warner will aid his firm’s clients.
“We’re incredibly pleased to be joining the Baird & Warner real estate family,” said Rouso, who served as a past president of Midwest Real Estate Data and the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. “In today’s environment, a high-touch field such as real estate demands expert market knowledge, unparalleled reach and high-tech resources — and the capabilities at Baird & Warner are second to none. Affiliating with Baird & Warner ensures that our clients will enjoy a top-flight experience for all of their real estate needs — whether buying, selling or financing a home.”
Congratulations are in order for Prime Property staff and Realtor’s. Hoping you relaunch yourself into the LaGrange community,
Best Wishes,
