Lauren Mitrick will be the head Newman Realty's leasing division.

Newman Realty announced on Friday that Lauren Mitrick, known for making Forbes list of “30 under 30” in real estate, as its newest agent.

Mitrick is also recognized for being the youngest president to serve for the Chicago Women’s Council of Realtors, and her leadership role on the Chicago Association of Realtors board of directors.

The third generation Chicago Realtor, who formerly worked with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, will be the head of the leasing division of Newman Realty, where volume is expected to double.

In addition to leading the leasing division, Mitrick will focus her efforts on buyer representation for both her own personal clients and the leads generated from the significant volume of foreclosure and short sale listing managed by Newman.

Part of Mitrick’s success came from her unique brand of networking and social media presence, which are expected to bring a new level of awareness and prestige to the Newman Realty brand.

This year, Mitrick will also be the only director under 30 for the National Association of Realtors, representing over one million Realtors.
