Chicago residential real estate company Triview Property and Investments has just appointed Paul Pekofske to the position of managing broker. While serving in this position, Pekofske will be responsible for agents’ compliance with Illinois License Law as well as the management of the sales and leasing division.

“Paul has been a tremendous asset to the sales and leasing team. His vast industry knowledge and previous experience as a managing broker has enabled us to continue to develop our talented group of award-winning agents,” says Brent Straitiff, Triview co-founder and CEO.

Prior to becoming the managing broker, Pekofske had served as Triview’s sales director since 2010. He came to Trivew from PKF Realty where he was the managing broker and a successful real estate agent for more than 10 years. Before entering the field of real estate, Pekofske worked in the financial strategies sector for roughly 18 years.

Paul is currently responsible for guiding the residential sales and leasing teams at Triview. Additional duties of his include recruiting new talent, training and improving the efficiency of business practices for the Triview team.
