Dream Town Realty, an online real estate company, has just announced the addition Patricia Pulido and Patrick Hawkins to their team, Realtors with unique experience and skills.
Patricia Pulido has a background in residential and commercial real estate sales. Her familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods stems from a lifetime of living in the city. She was born and raised in Chicago and now gives back to the community through a number of different charitable organizations and events. In her early career, Pulido’s work was featured on the HGTV show “Designed to Sell”.
“Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I believe the best business practices are those built on honesty, integrity and fairness,” Pulido said. “I truly care about my clients’ real estate goals and ensuring that they get the most out of their property investment.”
Additionally, Pulido, who graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, is fluent in Spanish and a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
“Anyone who is hesitant about buying or selling real estate in Chicago due to a language barrier needs a reliable, trustworthy agent who can explain procedures, translate the highly-technical documents and act as their liaison throughout the transaction,” Pulido said.
Patrick Hawkins has been in the real estate business for the past decade and has focused on residential sales in his career. He has experience in the Chicago housing and rental markets, and has worked in many of the surrounding suburbs as well.
“I enjoy the satisfaction of working with first-time buyers as well as all of my past clients,” Hawkins said. “Oftentimes in the process of selling a client’s current place, I am also helping them find a new home at the same time — one that will fit their present lifestyle, which can be vastly different than the first time I helped them buy a house or condo.”
Hawkins is part of a team at Dream Town that specializes in the real estate needs associated with the second half of life. Hawkins said, “I provide realty assistance to Chicago’s retirement community, offering expertise in relocation, refinancing and moving on from the family home.”
