New Offices Announced for Koenig and Strey Glenview, Lake Forest

by Chicago Agent

Koenig and Strey unveiled plans for new offices in Glenview and Lake Forest. Koenig and Strey President and CEO Nancy Nagy announced that the brokerage will be moving to a new, customized location at 280 Deerpath Road in Lake Forest and into an expanded and renovated space at the The Glen in Glenview.

“These new Glenview and Lake Forest offices allow us to provide thoroughly modern and convenient spaces with state-of-the-art amenities for our clients and agents,” said Nagy in a statement. “Our new Glenview office will facilitate a quick move with minimal impact on daily operations. The new Lake Forest office provides a fantastic location in the heart of Lake Forest, and a space that is ideally suited for the way that our agents do business today.”

Koenig and Strey will depart from its longtime Glenview location at the corner of Waukegan and Glenview Roads. “Koenig & Strey and HomeServicesof America are dedicated to the Glenview market,” said Michael Mazzei, Koenig & Strey senior vice president and Glenview branch manager, in a press release. “Relocating to a space in a prime Glenview destination with a great deal of foot traffic was the right business decision. Our agents are very enthusiastic about the new beautifully designed interior space and technologically up-to-date facility, and look forward to being able to offer our clients the exceptional level of service that they are used to receiving.”

The company will also leave it’s current Western Avenue office in Lake Forest when the construction of the new Deerpath Road office is completed. “Our investment in this new office is a demonstration of the commitment of Koenig & Strey to serving the Lake Forest market,” said Koenig & Strey Vice President and Lake Forest Branch Manager Mona Hellinga in a statement. “We are looking forward to a seamless transition to this beautiful new space.”
