Kimberly Trimmel, associate broker at the Keller Williams Gold Coast office, has recently been appointed as the director of compliance for the Keller Williams Gold Coast office.
During her time at Keller Williams Gold Coast, Trimmel oversaw the administration of the Professional Standards process, including both Ethics and Arbitration hearings, according to a press release from Keller Williams. In She was responsible for training the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees as well as the board of directors in the area of professional standards. She also taught multiple ethics training programs for Realtors during her tenure.
Trimmel has a background in the banking, mortgage and real estate fields after spending more than 20 years working in all three fields, according to the press release. She is currently an IAR Certified Professional Standards Administrator, a NAR Certified Mediator, and a Realtor Certified Executive and is also licensed to teach continuing education in the State of Illinois, according to the press release.
Having been involved with real estate since her days in high school, Trimmel first worked in the banking industry then shifted her focus to mortgage lending and brokerage management after graduating from college. She first began working in the city with the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2003. This position reignited her passion for dispute resolution and teaching, according to the press release.
