The data below from LeapRE suggests that agents with lower sales volume are more likely to change offices, rather than agents with higher sales volume.

On average, the agents who moved offices made 15 percent less sales than those who didn’t. This suggests the agents who did move might have felt dissatisfied in some way and felt moving offices might help them improve sales.
